Client Service Training for MDAs
The Office of the Upper East Regional Co-ordinating Council on the 23rd of January, 2024 organized a Client Service Training for Staff of Tempane District Assembly. In attendance were all heads of departments and units, Client service officer and all Records officers. Participants were taken through strategic management, operational procedures of client service, records management, monitoring on performance contract indicators among others.
